McAlister`s Deli in Irving

Serving size seems a bit inconsistent depending on who builds your sandwich. My wife's turkey club was generous while my horseradish beef and cheddar was on the skimpy side. Both were tasty. Service was quick. Not crowded at dinnertime.

A favorite of mine. I went for 10 months straight for lunch everyday and each day they do not disappoint! My favorite is crunchy Turkey melt. 😍😍 clean and tasty food and reasonable price for lunch and dinner.

Two starts only because the chicken in my Ceasar Salad was good. If you google romaine lettuce the definition is leafy green. There is nothing leafy or green about this limp almost brown salad. Disappointed.

I have never had a bad meal or service from this location. I eat there about 3 times a week. The one time a mistake was made on my order they remade it very quickly and I think they even went a little heavy on the meat for the replacement. Great team.

Great sandwiches and nachos. Skip the caramel cookie- It was not fat worthy. The chocolate chip cookies on the other hand....delicious.

This was my first time at any McAlister's Deli & it was a pretty good. The location was was busy, but the line moved fast. Staff was friendly & attentive. Grilled chicken spud toppings were good. I will be back.

If you have a little time on your hands this is a great place to come by and pick up lunch. Every sandwich I've had has been on point and their salads actually fill you up and stop you from hitting up the less healthy options around the place. My only gripe about this place is involves one employee; "Pierre" isn't a hard name and if you can't pronounce it then leave out the jacked up looks and sarcastic tone when the customer is right across the counter from you, that's not only disrespectful but makes it seem like your attitude is nasty as the expression on your face.

Paid 9 dollars for overcooked macaroni and the jalepeno crunch had 3 chips in it. Kind of defeats the purpose of the crunch if theres no crunch right?

I got a special... My first time ever going here. I can say the Reuben was really good. The "max" potato on the other hand, not so "max". It was baked, it had all the toppings listed I think, but just maybe 1 piece of each topping. 1 piece of turkey (lunch meat), 1 piece of ham, everything right on top where it was split. Zero butter. One the toppings were gone I pretty much had a dry baked potato. I took it home for dinner and made a proper baked potato meal out of it. Poor Spud, it wasn't his fault. Price was about equal to j.....s deli. I will probably not go back.

I tried McAlister's Deli for the first time about 3 weeks ago and i was surprise of how good it was! I love the big beverage cups, the friendliness of the staff and the fast service, they keep the dinning area clean. As soon as someone leaves they go and clean the table for the next guest! I have been going to McAlister 4 times a week ever since my first time because i trying to eat better and the best salad for the best price is the grilled chicken salad! Its a big portion and it tastes sooo good!!! If eating healthy taste this good than iam all for it! Lol

Says it closes at ten ...show up an hour earlier than closing and it's closed

So this is my first visit to any McAlister's Deli. Will probably be my last seeing that it is evident that they do not clean their utensils properly. My cheese in my salad had mustard all on it. I am the type that does not eat a lot of condiments and mustard is one I don't consume. The parts of the salad I did was delicious. And the employees were very kind.

Great selections. Outstanding call in order procedure. Don't even have to talk with anyone. Order and pay online. Then go in and pick up on the shelf.Savannah Chopped salad is a great choice. Friendly staff. Wide assortment of menu items. Clean facility. Prompt service. Busy during work week lunch. Sometimes hard to find a place to park. Plenty of indoor seating. Overall great place to get a healthy lunch

Despite the small, overcrowded parking lot, we got in and seated at the peak of lunch rush within a matter of minutes. My Memphian was perfect, and the crew seemed on point for the lunch crowd. Definitely need to come back when I need a great sandwich and tea for lunch.

Our initial experience was great. Food was good, came out quickly. However, getting a refill as we left turned into quite an ordeal. When I asked for no more ice, (and affirmed my request a second time,) the employee immediately went and put ice in. I called out no ice and was not heard. When she came back, I told her, no more ice please. She dumped the drink, clearly put off by my request, and poured my tea in with absolutely no ice. Hot as could be. I left frustrated but didn't want to interface with this worker any more at that point. Food is always good, and perhaps I caught her on a bad day, but I did not have an overall good experience here.

Typical sandwich shop. It's nice that they have a steamed broccoli choice for a side. You won't be disappointed.

The Chicken Tortilla Soup is amazing!

Their signature sandwich, the McAllister Club, is delicious! The salads are always fresh and filling. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The tea is AMAZING!! Definitely a family favorite

Most of the time food is spot on. They need to change the cashier to someone more friendly.

Food is good, fast service and portions are good as well. No real complaints.

This is a really good place to eat. I usually get the pock 2, Turkey jalapeno crunch and salad. This visit I tried their new southwest chicken & avocado. It was really good. I would choose a different dressing the next time, but I didn't leave anything in the bowl. The have rally good tea also. No complaints here.

The tea here is amazing. The seating is also fabulous and I love chilling there on hot days. The food is decent but I don't go there for the food. I go for the sweet iced tea.

This was my 1st visit to McAlisters Deli. The salad was wonderful. Large enough to feed 2 if you want a light lunch. But seeing that I had waited all day to have lunch with a good friend I ate it all!

Got to love their sweet tea. They also have great soup, spuds, and so much more. The staff is always helpful and fast. Great location that's easy to get to.

McAllister's is my favorite deli!! The food is always fresh and good. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is quiet. My daughter and I enjoyed dining here.

The food is always good at any McAlister's, but if you are going at lunch time to this one, expect to clean the table yourself if you want one... Less than 50% of the tables were taken @ noon and not a single one clean... during the time we were here (entire meal) they stayed dirty... what a shame...Watched management run food but couldnt take a single dirty plate back... the only reason it isn't getting a better rating...Let's get it together McAlister's, you are better than this!

Food was good. Place was quiet at 3pm on a Sunday. Staff was attentive.

I love their chicken salad sandwich. Their grilled chicken and cranberry chicken are good too. Cookies are a treat!

This is a great place to grab lunch. I had the Reuben sandwich and the marshmallow cookie. The marshmallow cookie was HUGE and delicious. The Reuben sandwich was salty, but it was very tasty. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick. The sandwich was pricey and that's why I gave it four stars.

Pam was very friendly, professional and very inviting. Food was yummy and their prices were really good.

Food was great like most McAllisters. However, the workers need to learn to speak up. I could barely understand the guy taking my order.

Great food. Didn't like that we were stand in line waiting to be called and people came in through the side cutting the line.
